Manual medicine stock records became easier to monitor.
Problem
Medicine stock was recorded across paper notes and separate spreadsheets. Differences were often found only after stock ran low or expired.
What we did
We built an inventory recording system connected to a central database, with direct tracking for incoming and outgoing items.
Result
Stock can be checked without manual recounting, and data differences are easier to find.
